That is what was happening to me on my dessktop. So, to use the printer I was using the slower wifi connection. Now I don't have to.

That must have been my problem. Ethernet is from Xfinity's box with Wifi turned off. Wifi is from TP-Link router in the middle of the house.

Did you put something in the folder? I think an empty folder will not show.

Just tried this again, different computer. Todays ISO downloaded from Microsoft. Worked fine. Only difference was a license agreement after searching for updates.
