How are you accessing the Microsoft Account? I'm logged into my account and it looks totally different. I have the options to register a device, remove a device and find my device.

Have you tried logging out of your MS Account then logging back in or even restarting your new laptop? I'm not saying it will work but If you haven't, it's worth a try.
Edit: Forgot to mention that having a device listed in your MS account only matters if you go over the limit of devices...

Don't kill yourself! Try a inplace repair install instead. I'd give you a link but I'm on my cell phone. You can do a search on Eleven Forums to find it.
After doing a restart I decided to check for updates in the MS Store. There was 16 updates needing to be installed. SAB 3.7.8 still works plus there is a SAB 3.7.9 update. It disables the Classic Taskbar by default. I did have to manually download and rename the file to get it to install.
