Thank you all. Seems like the fix was simple, a reboot. Showing up under my Microsoft Account devices with the new motherboard as well.

I also use a USB Flash drive for my Recovery Disk and I save the image to an internal secondary SSD drive.

I figured out the issue. It was being caused by an app called Ultra Mon. I was able to disable it from there. Thank You!
