What happens if you go to the settings and un-check both boxes, one to de-avtivate Copilot and the second to not show Copilot Notebooks? I always un-check both and don´t see what you see in OneNote. :)

That is a hardware issues rather than a Windows issue, iow an issue with the motherboard and/or drivers for the motherboard. What does the logs in Event Viewer say? One thing to test is to add a PCIe USB card to see if that works or if you get the same problems when you connect USB devices to it.

You need to connect the computer to the internet from time to time so the installed apps can "phone home" to MS to see if the license is still active. If you don´t, the apps will refuse to launch. The same goes for all licenses from all companies that activates via internet or for subscriptions.

Yes, i already use that for other things but you cannot change keyboard shortcuts for any software with it. SharpKeys is great for mapping lets say Numlock to launch Calculator but you cannot change Numlock, or any other key, to go back one step in Edge. Or can you? :)
