Why do you assume that key is not your current recovery key? (I have current recovery keys in my Microsoft account from 2018/2024.)...

Thanks @Borg 386 , when I used CCleaner I never used the reg. clean option. I found it being a bloat and switched to Windows Disk cleanup.
