I am using Windhawk and just had a look at that mod (which is installed on my PC). Indeed, the option to hide location arrow is there:

And yes, Windhawk has a mod which can hide "Geolocation services": Taskbar tray system icon tweaks

cant find the specific icon for you at the moment, but you can use taskbar styler to hide tray icons individually. look at this example...

only native way is to turn off Location Services. *are you using any mod software, such as Windhawk, EP or SAB?
