While it may be a unique issue that's just mine, by way of possibe valuable informaion for others, I am not able to boot the version 13 Bootable (USB) Media on any of my computers unless I first disable Secure Boot.

On my system which does the same as you are describing, if I choose "Duplicate" (vs. PC screen only) the mouse behaves correctly.

To see the picture on both displays, use Win/P and choose "Duplicate". I don't know if this will take care of the audio issue or not. That may require something else to be done.
