Anyone else been getting error connection reset a lot?
It's been driving me mad happens more often than not on my XPS 7590
I'm guessing it has something to do with killer software?

If the NAS is accessible directly over the network why are you trying to access the windows machine?
When you map a drive on Windows all it's doing is saving its location on the network.
Other devices should be able to do the same they don't...
Are the drives being shared with samba shares?
I'm not super familiar with windows server as my home server is running Linux but I have samba shares and I can access from any device that supports SMB just have to put in username and password.

I just had the same thing happen to me.
My context menus were acting buggy and kept saying loading and after seeing this post I realised that I had recently copied a MKV file to documents.
After deleting the file everything is working normally again.
