Thank god I am not a formatting "enthusiast" like you guys. The problem is with the keyboard if I disconnect it, it goes away and the mouse and other keyboard work fine. Apparently, even if it is connected it gives problems to other USB devices and makes them reconnect randomly. It is a pity...

I have the same problem, mouse and keyboard, for a month now. Reinstall windows is not a solution for every small problem, come on
