Any info of what it does exactly? Is it similar to a DISM repair operation or is it a full reinstallation of the OS?

This update messed up scaling on my system. Now 150% scaling on a 4K screen has big text with tiny interface elements (icons/buttons). The text looks blurry as well and cleartype doesn't fix it. Update: restarting the system fixed the issue. Probably it was triggered by the new explorer, after...
