Problem solved now. Something in the Group Policy editor was wonky. I went in and set Administrative Templates > Start Menu and Taskbar > Hide the Notification Area to "Disabled" rather than "Not configured". This seems to have done the trick.

New Install of Win11 26200.8655 with OpenShell 4.4.198 and ExplorerPatcher 26100.8457.70.2. The system tray icons (other than the clock) have disappeared entirely. For a few minutes there was a gear icon that, when clicked, showed volume, network, etc. but I want the volume, network icon, and...
