I encountered INVALID DATA ACCESS TRAP when upgrading from Win 10 to 11 (Nov 21) and win 11 21h2 to 22h2, all on a Samsung 980 SSD which otherwise behaved normally. After eliminating all other factors, a FIRMWARE UPGRADE to the latest firmware (in Nov 22) cleared the fault entirely. Moral of...
