Installation seems stuck on 73% for me

Well, that's concerning for me who is still installing it.

Seems to be taking a while on 98% downloading, never had this happen

I don't know whats happening but anytime i open CMD without admin permissions, it freezes up and I have to force it to stop. doing it with admin perms allows it to boot-up safely and run commands What is going on?

My keyboard issues have returned in the same keys of mine w/ the 2WS and volume keys and I been battling it for the past 30 minutes, ughh I hope this isn't an hardware issue this laptop is only 1 year old.

I ran the troubleshooter again and I haven't had any issues for the past 2 days, not sure what was going on I also just had a BIOs update today
