As I expected Windows was activated with a volume key so most likely has been blocked by Microsoft for being used multiple times - probably the key was sold to several people. Your only option is the purchase a genuine key or install the version which came with the pc, usually Home.

Is that the Outlook Mail (replacement for Windows Mail or Outlook 365? If Outlook Mail then you may want to consider a paid adblocker like AdGuard. I don’t see ads in Outlook Mail just a blank space where they’d be.
