I reached out to the support department at the company that I use for content filtering. They are blocking. Their system for some reason is not allowing the app to work
Wow! TY for taking the tine and effort that it took. I dont even get to that stage. Something must be blocking. I just have a blank black screed and the circle with go. I have a content filter in place. Wonder if that is doing it. Does the app access the same site, speedtest.net?
SO, latest is that I paid for Dell paid support. They spent 2 hours trying to fix and couldn't. Now they want to reinstall Windows but I feel that that is radical!
