Start regedit, expand and highlight "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System" and make sure that the right window shows "ConsentPromptBehaviorUser"...

    If you're saying that the file to be moved wasn't even on the computer you were using, that can be caused by lack of permission to delete the file on the remote computer. Ben
