Has any windows users experience this problem before in windows 10 windows 8 windows 7 i'm really curious to know because i have only seen this happen in windows 11 if not then it's a issue with windows 11 os itself then i report this to microsoft so they can fix it asap

Yes microsoft defender have found this Yes i have my pc monitor connected with dvi cable and my tv plugged with hdmi cable in to my pc graphics card at same time but there still must be a way to stop this from happening but how?
