I am in the process of attempting to upgrade my Dell Latitude E6540 from Windows 11 23H2 to Windows 11 25H2.
This PC does not meet the Windows 11 requirements as: only TPM1.2; Processor level; and does not secure boot. As you can see I was successful to upgrade to Windows 11 23H2 years ago...
