  1. I got a pop up for product called "RAV endpoint protection" asking me to install it.

  4. Solved I am in need of assistance with lost data.

    I had a similar story with one of my kids' computers last week. This is so frustrating so I"m sorry that it happen to you!! I give it to a local tech store which help to recover some data (But it cost a lot!).
