    Crazy answers above... I had the same issue, but as far as I recall, Taskbar is part (somehow) of the Windows Explorer program. So works for me to restart Windows Explorer Process: Open Windows explorer / Explorer (Win key + E) Enter Task manager (CTR+Shift+Esc) Search Windows Explorer process...
