Yes, it does. I upgraded a 2nd gen Intel Sandy Bridge from Win7 Pro to Win11 Pro and it works great. I even got a digital license on the upgrade. Bypassing TPM and secure boot is easy.

This is a huge problem for gamers. Gaming in Win11 is really bad on Ryzen CPUs. Blame Micro$oft for this. As usual, Win11 devs will not do anything about it, AMD will have to step forward to fix this problem.
