I honestly don't know how to stop it. I've tried everything I could think of and then tried everything I could find on the internet. I have not tried turning the computer off because I am afraid of corrupting something. Any ideas?

I just put this box together and was migrating data files and OneDrive just took off on its own syncing my existing OneDrive account with my Windows 11 Pro desktop. It wouldn't be so bad but I live out in the sticks and have 25mb download and 2mb upload. My computer and internet have been tied...
