    @Sempiterna is correct, it's the .mrimg in the Start Menu Recommended section which shows your most recently accessed files. The easiest fix for me was to bring up File Explorer, find the file(s) ending in .mrimg in the Recent list, right-click and choose "Remove from list". You just have to...
