Not much and most of it is already in 24H2 waiting to be left of the leash. You can see most of it in DEV build. My prediction, one nice (maybe)sunny day, there will be a KB released and next you se will be we'll wake up with shiny new 25H2 plastered all over and if you don't see it, you will...

I actually had W10 and W11 on same PC but on different disks and W11 wasn't any "slower" and after last year W11 got updates that solved initial problems with new CPU generation which made them run faster and be better utilized. W10 didn't and never will.

For those capacities, 10TB+you are stuck with 3.5" mechanical HDDs, They are slow so USB3 connection is still faster than disks themselves so it's enough, All HDDs are "major manufacturer", there's only few left. Enclosure manufacturers you have few more but they all use HDDs from those...
