I installed the One Drive app but it doesnt open when I click the icon?...

All files not stored in Dropbox, that means the hard drive files are synced in OneDrive. But why have files in the desktop folders from Dropbox also these yellow boxes/cant open them?

yes they are in my desktop dropbox folders. But more and more of them do not open anymore and have this yellow box. When I sign in on www.dropbox.com all files are there and opening without a problem. They do not have this yellow box icon

Also, more and more files do not open anymore and have the attached sign. A yellow box. I use desktop dropbox application. In my online dropbox these files still open. Also my wifi connection fales a lot. Then have to restart laptop to reconnect. Norton 360 doesnt detect any threat.
