Thanks at least I can now read the settings! It seems to have sorted itself out now even in the light theme. I did update an Nvidia driver so it's either that, that fixed it or me altering the ease of use settings.

Thanks I tried the dark theme and now it seems ok. Obviously this is not a long term fix but at least it makes it easier to alter the settings etc . :)

Only had win 11 for a day or two but have found trying to change the settings almost impossible. The text and the switch graphics are readable only around the mouse cursor. If I move the cursor a block of text near it moves with it. It's difficult to explain but i can only see the text/graphics...
