Facebook uses their own servers, which you would have to block snakes from showing up in your feed. Sadly there's no such filter or setting to catch your phobia and block it.

ANY screen capture software will ONLY save as raster, period. Believe me, I know, I've been a professional Graphic Designer for over 40 years and counting... Now, you might have been able to ADD annotations that are vector elements to snagit screen captures, but the actual screen capture itself...
