Something has corrupted your Chrome application for Windows. Have you tried using Chrome on any other device? Revo Uninstaller can remove all traces of applications, you could try using it and see if that works.

I would uninstall chrome then reinstall it at this point. If it still doesn't fix the issue, you may have your Gmail account comprimized. Make sure you are not using a VPN or chrome extensions
