Exactly the same happened to me. Waited ages, no progress. Rebooted, it went back to 0% and still nothing happened. The other updates had download fine and were ready to install. Finally OK after another long wait, and it then installed fine. :)

My installation seems to be still fine, no nasty messages from Windows Update. I guess the acid test will come next Tuesday though! :)

There is talk that Windows Update will be disabled on Windows 11 machines deemed to be incompatible. Microsoft Will Disable Updates on Unsupported Windows 11 Installs It's still working for me at the moment, but it will be interesting to see if that changes on Patch Tuesday on the 14th. :)
