Ok so did not lose anything by removing iCloud good to go now!! Thanks so much everyone!!! I may re-enable iCloud just so's it still has every thing there. Obviously in my case that would not happen.

Seems I got it now, have icloud removed from my system and no longer starts up of course. Will be testing shortly.

Ok so I am about to give this a try, reckon I am as ready as will ever be. Gives me great comfort all my emails reside on the Comcast server and will not be touched at all so I will not truly lose them if this goes south. Will report back hopefully shortly.

Ok trying to work up the nerve. Sounds mighty easy when most others were giving me directions much more complex. Be patient with me, trying to work up the nerve. I would die if I lost the data I have on my phone.
