Let me start in saying this isn't as straight forward as it seems. I saw the tutorial on how to correct this, but it does not pertain to this situation.
OK, there must have been huge Windows updates somewhere along the line and it swallowed up my OneDrive files and put them in...
Cause what I'm getting at is there are bookmarks that now either 403 or 404 errors. Those sites have been retired or the page has been removed. I guess it's going to be easier to just export them and then purge it all.

I supposed you could say its a new years resolution to get rid of the piles of outdated and non existent bookmarks I've hoarded over the past couple of decades. Yeah, it's been that long if not a wee bit longer!
