My DRAM frequency went from 1066.4 MHz to 1799.6 MHz. I'm still not sure what the actual amount should be because I can't find it anywhere, even on the G Skillz page. I'm assuming what I have now is better than before, but in what ways would I notice this increase?
There was an XMP setting and it was disabled, so I clicked on it and there was one profile, so I enabled it. This is what I have now:

So how would you check to see if the RAM is running at the manufacturer's recommended settings? Would I have to look up the specs on my RAM and see what the clock speed is?
I'm using G.SKILL TridentZ RGB Series 32GB (2 x 16GB). I had G. SKILL in my previous build and they were great so I went with them again in my recent build. I've never had any issues with this RAM so I would definitely recommend.
