No not a black screen, just file explorer not being selectable and bootable.

I have an issue with File Explorer being nowhere to be seen, I've tried all the 'Fixes' I've seen online and none have worked, worrying me is the fact that it doesn't even show up in task manager, I can't do a system restore either as thats not working too, can somebody please help me with this.
