I found out the MSI Driver Utility Installer is something that runs only once after Windows is installed. However, I also found out that MSI Center (a utility download from MSI) also has the driver update capability. I ended up installing most of the drivers and everything seems to be running...
Sorry, @DigitalGoat, had a glitch and didn't realize this posted...thought it got lost so I re-posted a similar thread. I agree the drivers listing in this partial post seem important, but there's a lot more stuff on the list in my full post.

Thanks for your detailed response...it was exactly as you described and I was able to get rid of the C:\Users directory. Threads like this make it so relative amateurs like myself can get things done!
I was able to successfully use the instructions in this thread to complete a Win 11 Home install with the Users folder located on my D: drive. However, I noticed that the C: drive still has a Users folder with an Administrator account in it. Is that supposed to be like that or did I do...
