I have tried that and revo removed it. It appears to be a system change that can never be changed again.

I have an application called Beeper and I disabled notifications from it when it popped up via the notification popup. I tried to find it under settings notification and it's not there. I found this fix by editing the wpndatabase, but I'm lost where to edit for it to appear again...
