  1. BSOD on Zenbook only when using Zoom

Thank you, @zbook , I appreciate your generous and meticulous help with this ordeal. I'll post in a few weeks how all that went and if I can move on with my life.
  2. BSOD on Zenbook only when using Zoom

Using the laptop disconnected from the Plugable Dock it did not crash, but I didn't have the opportunity to use Zoom during that time. I used Zoom three nights ago and it did not crash. However, in my Zoom meeting last night it crashed after about 5 minutes. (Both times I was connected to the...
  3. BSOD on Zenbook only when using Zoom

Thanks, I will probably get back to you after the 12th. I will be out of town and away from my peripherals starting Friday. Thanks for your immense help in the meantime.
  4. BSOD on Zenbook only when using Zoom

Uninstall DisplayLink entirely, or just dlcdcncm660.sys? And after I do that, reset WDV or leave it as is?
  5. BSOD on Zenbook only when using Zoom

I ran 0x02000000 Code integrity checks and then 0x01000000 VM switch verification for 20-24 hours with no issues. I even ran Zoom while they were testing and everything was fine. This morning I started 0x00800000 Kernel synchronization delay fuzzing and after a half hour opened Zoom (no...
  6. BSOD on Zenbook only when using Zoom

It smells like we're getting closer. Previously during testing it crashed to BSOD instantly. This time before the BSOD the laptop froze - mouse hung, screen froze, then BSOD, just like when it crashes during a Zoom meeting. And the stop code is the same as a Zoom crash: DPC_WATCHODG_VIOLATION...
  7. BSOD on Zenbook only when using Zoom

I'm not sure I understand your last message. Whenever I set up WDV I restart the computer (as the message indicates when I click "Finish" in the GUI). But, as I said, when you pointed out in message #80 that it was running all tests except "Randomized low resources simulation" I set it up again...
  8. BSOD on Zenbook only when using Zoom

Not sure why that happened. I set it up as you asked. After your message I set it up, restarted, and ran querysettings, which showed that the new settings did not save. Then I ran verifier /reset and entered the new settings and they saved. Am I supposed to /reset every time I create new WDV...
  9. BSOD on Zenbook only when using Zoom

That didn't take long. BSOD: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. What failed: dlcdcncm660.sys V2 logs here.
  10. BSOD on Zenbook only when using Zoom

After I reset the BIOS last night I also installed an NVIDIA update which was pending. Soon after BSOD. V2 report is here. I'm now running the tests in the last message (#77).
  11. BSOD on Zenbook only when using Zoom

ASUS support had me remove NVIDIA and its drivers from Device Manager, than Scan for Hardware Changes to reinstall. Then they had me reset the BIOS. They suggested I then test Zoom. I'm headed for bed but will try in the morning.
  12. BSOD on Zenbook only when using Zoom

After using my laptop intermittently throughout the day, waking from sleep a few times, this evening at 9:10 I woke it from sleep to find a BSOD: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. What failed: dlcdcncm660.sys V2 logs are here. I was in the middle of writing this post when it crashed again. Same...
  13. BSOD on Zenbook only when using Zoom

Done. I will post when something fails or in 24 hours if nothing fails, whichever comes first.
  14. BSOD on Zenbook only when using Zoom

Here are the V2 results. No BSOD during this past 24 hour test, just that it wouldn't wake from sleep as noted in last night's post. It woke from sleep fine this morning. I'll wait until I hear from you before I run the verifier to include the DisplayLink driver.
  15. BSOD on Zenbook only when using Zoom

Ryoma at Plugable said this in response to your questions about the DisplayLink driver: "Regarding your questions, we would expect the DisplayLink drivers to be fully compatible with Windows 10 and 11, and Microsoft has recently updated the DisplayLink version automatically installed by...
