I'll give that a try, but my guess it that it will reset on boot like most of the other power settings. I'm also going to take another look at the BIOS. I'll look into the group policy as well.

Adding useful features and having comprehensive QA testing on your OS build costs time and money. Why not have an intern design a bad graphic feature that directs you to content that's usually directly funded by MS to some extent? Win-win for everyone except your end user. 🤷‍♂️
