Thank you all. Seems like the fix was simple, a reboot. Showing up under my Microsoft Account devices with the new motherboard as well.

Following this tutorial, get up to the part where it says to sign in with my Microsoft Account. When I enter my password I get this server's aren't avilable error:

I do see it. It does have Location disabled in red. I assume that does not matter for reactivation purposes. Worst case, $11 or so for a retail license from Stacksocial is not bad at all.

I assume this means my it is linked to my Microsoft Account?

For the Stacksocial Windows licenses, I assume those are OEM? Thanks, it is an OEM. I know I somehow reactivated it in the past and had a family member re-active their Win 11 OEM Install after swapping motherboards, but I assume it most likely will not transfer. $13 is not that big of a deal...

I assume that site is at least semi legitimate for MS products? If so that is a good price, and if it does not re-activate I'll just rebuy it.

This seemed like it was the last BIOS settings holding things up. Just used the .iso and everything went fine, as far as I can tell.

What would those be? Downloading the latest .iso currently (Win11_25H2_English_x64, I had 24H2 from June). Should I use the Assistant instead for an in place upgrade?

Came back as compatible. Device Manager shows TPM 2.0. Going to run from the .iso shortly.

So delete the entire GE24H2 and all of its sub keys, as well as GE25H2? I do have the Windows 11.iso. Would that tell me immediately if my PC is compatible or not?

Just want to be 100% sure everything will work. Though it does seem like TPM is now being seen, just not by Windows Update. I have the Windows 11.iso. I assume I can just run that for an in place upgrade, or would I still need to do the RUFUS method?

In the BIOS it is "AMD CPU fTPM". Where else can I check and see version? Edit: Trusted Platform Module after running tpm.msc shows: Specification Version says 2.0.
