    Thanks for the responses. I think you are correct as I do have another drive connected to the PC and that seems OK. My hub is powered but I don't know if it's a USB 2 or 3. Regards

    Just upgraded to new MK850 keyboard and mouse which works fine until I plug a portable drive into my RSHTECH nub from which point I lose all connevtion to both KB and the mouse. Any ideas as I can transfer files at the moment? TIA
