Yes the legacy System Protection app runs side-by-side with the new Point-In-Time Restore app, I have System Protection now disabled as I was getting these pesky VSS errors after backing up my system to an external drive, hope the new Point-In-Time Restore will work better with VSS services. 😉

Installed fine on both my systems, DISM and SFC no isues 👍 Anyone knows how to get the taskbar to show in Windows Edge, most pages put my takbar behind full screens, I have to press Windows Key+T to show my taskbar. reducing the display size slightly will work but is a hassle. Thanks Frank

Installed KB5083631 fast on my 2 laptops, both received the 2026 KEK Secure Boot key last week, only one restart. Spotlight is still broken (not updating my background wallpaper). Both DISM and SFC completed without issues.

I made a restore point ran WDV, checked all the test except Randomized..... and restarted. It booted to Windows desktop OK then crashed: BSOD after 1 minute: When I restored the point I saved it restored successfully (in WindowsRE with my USB recovery stick) but when I rebooted it crashed again...
