    I looked up the update and more people are having issues with it, so maybe a future update will fix it. But my PC is working again so its not a big problem for me.

    Yes, i have done those, but the cumulative update that i deleted catroot for still failed lol, i think i won't run into future problems because the windows updates and driver updates will probably download newerr certificates when they get updated

    Btw when it started it said "updates are installing" and then it just loaded up normally.

    I copied these to my system32 folder and now my system works again :D thank you so much! I didn't even have to disable driver signature checks. Also thanks to everyone else, i am very happy my PC is working again!

    Maybe the Cryptographic does not work, is there a way to run services.msc from the windows pe cmd? Currently it says interface not supported.
