I have some utilities running and have them placed on/over the Taskbar, but when opening a Taskbar app the Taskbar "take focus" and "hide" my precious utilities :-) Anyone have a clue to stop the Taskbar for doing this?

Installed 10.0.22000.51 over leaked ISO, took only around 15 minutes to update. Running Windows 11 on an iMac from 2015... and of cource no TPM :-)... no problem. I read in an earlier post that True Launch Bar isn't working. Here I run the standalone version, and have the TLB menu accessible...
