    Samsung 960 Pro 1TB from about 5 years ago. Went through all the troubleshooting steps before replacing, so pretty sure it was not something else. Bios and a partition manager app unable to see it. New drive flew right up. Replacement 980 Pro at $60 quite at bit cheaper than original. :-)
