I got a McAfee virus on my new windows 11 machine. I suspect that I got it when I tried to download Irfanview graphic software. I've been using it for more than 20 years. Now mcafee keeps popping up on the top of the screen and wants me to buy mcafee. Is there a simple way of removing this virus...
