When I go to the History page, it is obviously leaving out a lot of pages. IOW, some pages are there, some are not. Even tabbed pages. Some are, some not. Doesn't matter which version of Edge I use, which OS build/version, restarting Edge or computer, and I recently did clean OS installs, too...
