On the update screen i get the following

'Get Windows updates as soon as they are available' is greyed out. I have followed run the Reset Windows Update Tool and used the regedit advice offered by Brink but the issue persists. Any other advice?

Thanks for the help and advice offered so far. I ran the KB5027397 Enablement Package for Windows 11 version 23H2 and it looks like this has worked. When I run Winver is shows 23H2 but 'Get Windows updates as soon as they are available' is still greyed out. I then ran the Reset Windows Update...
