On boot or restart my desktop icons are spread across my primary and secondary monitors.
This is obviously not normal behaviour, so how does one fix it without third party software?

Installed W11 and hit one or two funnies.
One was that in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\WindowMetrics there were no entries for Icon Spacing.
Kinda stuffs up my desktop.
Did not have this issue on my big box desktop.

I tracked it down to StartAllBack.
Uninstalled the version I was running and installed latest version from Microsoft Store.
Doing this also fixed some Taskbar issues.

It is apparently a well known phenomenon.
I've gone through DISM and SFC exercise and some of the suggested work around solutions, but it persists.
Has anyone else come across this, and managed to fix it?
Does the fact that the message "Install the latest PowerShell for new features and improvements! Installing PowerShell on Windows - PowerShell" appears in the default version mean that the "new" version is endorsed by Microsoft?
What differences or improvements does this "new" version offer?
