It takes 10-15 mins, but removed every 365 and One Note entry with only a few clicks.

Hello, I formatted (NTFS) my brand new usb pen drive, and copied Bios files, to update the Bios of my motherboard.
But in the Bios it shows some other files, as you can see in the attached pic.
Is this normal?
If I format it in exFat, it isn't showed at all in Bios update menu.
