  1. nvlddmkm.sys CONSTANT crash

Oh.. OK thanks anyway and sorry. Me and my dad will be installing the new power supply tomorrow. I'll not take up anymore of yours or anyone's time here. Sorry again and take care
  2. nvlddmkm.sys CONSTANT crash

We are looking at the same, I've found it now. Sorry I'm very new to looking at a motherboard. But I definitely went nowhere near those connections. I can take a pic if you like but it'll be behind the glass currently
  3. nvlddmkm.sys CONSTANT crash

Having a look as we speak
  4. nvlddmkm.sys CONSTANT crash

I have, sorry I should have been clearer. My system is connected to multi plug power extension and has been tested in multiple of the sockets and directly in the wall. Still not totally sure what you want me to take a picture of? Sorry
  5. nvlddmkm.sys CONSTANT crash

I've definitely tried both positions multiple times
  6. nvlddmkm.sys CONSTANT crash

Ah yeah I've removed the gpu and put that back in, but that's all I've touched. I've not touched any cables inside other than the pcie
  7. nvlddmkm.sys CONSTANT crash

    1. I'll be totally honest I'm not sure what you mean. Do you mean inside the system? Because I haven't touched anything inside yet, so perhaps something did come loose? I'd be surprised though with all the trouble I've been having. 2. Psu was definitely, 100% in the on position. There's nothing...
  8. nvlddmkm.sys CONSTANT crash

I have pushed the psu power button so many times today hoping it will magically come on same with main pc power button, sadly no luck lol. I have a usb flash drive and Xbox controller with lead I normally charge the controller with. It would normally charge the controller while off, managed to...
  9. nvlddmkm.sys CONSTANT crash

This definitely occurred overnight, as I successfully shut down my pc last night. So whatever died, did so overnight when the system was off
  10. nvlddmkm.sys CONSTANT crash

Yes very good point, could this have damaged any of my other components? Sorry for all the questions btw
  11. nvlddmkm.sys CONSTANT crash

I will thank you! Can I just unplug all the cables from the old psu and plug them straight into the new one? I've seen things saying you can't? It's literally attaching the cables to the motherboard and getting it wrong and breaking something that scares me
  12. nvlddmkm.sys CONSTANT crash

Got a small upgrade out of it too. 100w. Got the Corsair SF850L. Really hoping it's something nice and simple like the PSU. My system was originally a custom build from an online business, I'd be lying if I wasn't a little nervous about potentially screwing something up as I've never made any...
  13. nvlddmkm.sys CONSTANT crash

Small update, a family member has bought me a new PSU and it'll be here tomorrow. So we'll see what happens.
  14. nvlddmkm.sys CONSTANT crash

    1. Left it about 10 minutes and plugged it back in - no change, LEDs nothing and fans don't even try. Heard they can sometimes try but fail. 2. Display is a samsung 43 inch 4k tv so has its own power yes, just have a HDMI in the back of the GPU. And yeah when it would boot I could still log...
  15. nvlddmkm.sys CONSTANT crash

Just saw this, sorry was typing. Yeah I don't wanna screw anything up more than it is already so I'll give that a miss. Thank you though.
