Open the Control Panel and drag the words 'Control Panel' from the address bar to your desktop. You can then pin that shortcut to the start menu.

Macrium Reflect works great for cloning, but the way we go about it is to make a Macrium image of the drive and just restore it to the new drive. You can expand the C: partition when restoring the image to fill the additional space on the bigger drive.

We use Startech USB to Ethernet adapters on a gigabit connection and they work great.

Are either of these machines a clone of the other?

A while back Autoplay quit working on one of my machines, I tracked it down to an install of Minitool Partition Wizard, which I know sounds strange, but that was the problem. I uninstalled with Revo and reinstalled and Autoplay started working again.

One of our machines did the same thing so I went into recovery and restarted in safe mode. The problem update was removed and it booted properly The update later installed without a problem. Hope that helps.

Been a Macrium user for years and have been very satisfied. We are getting a good deal on a four license Macrium X package. I don't mind paying a fair price for a superior product like this one, everyone has to make a living. Also, Macrium is based in the UK and not China or Russia.

Boy that's a blast from the past. I know it's still there in the OS but I definitely would not rely on it.
