This post shows that someone is having issues with it cutting out. I wouldn't install it especially if you aren't good with uninstalling it. It's not a needed update. I wouldn't risk it. I got this update and since i found that post I am not risking it. I got my own software to do all of this.

That's basically a new launcher with a new skin. I think the people in the thread are trying to do it without any additional software. Granted, StartAllBack and Start11 are great options if you want to customize your start menu & taskbar.

This makes it so make easier. No programs or anything. Just renaming a few times. Thanks so much. I needed something for the start menu and this works great.
